Norwegian runs national evergreen and rotating limited time offers throughout the year along with offering exclusive benefits to consumers booking through Travel Leader advisors. I meet with Norwegian’s National Account team a couple times a year to review booking trends, what’s selling, who’s booking and staterooms they need help filling. The marketing plan is tweaked throughout the year based on what product needs to be promoted. Due to the purchase power of the Travel Leaders Network, Norwegian will offer incentives to our advisors throughout the year to help meet sales goals that benefit both Norwegian and Travel Leaders. Norwegian is a challenging and fun account to manage, they are always searching for out of the box ideas that drive home what sets the Norwegian brand apart from their competitors. In 2019 we launched an exclusive hub site for Norwegian, called Norwegian.travelleaders.com. Through Google paid search and display ads, organic social posts and paid ads we drove thousands of leads to this each month who were handed off to a select group of advisors that specialize in selling Norwegian. Norwegian’s 2019 sales were the highest in the history of Travel Leaders. I am proud to share that under my management; Travel Leaders won the award of Marketing Partner of the Year.
